14th Annual Polish Festival

Get your dancing shoes on and get ready to Polka!

This weekend, the 14th annual Polish Festival and Expo in Phoenix will showcase the central European country’s rich culture and storied history.

The free festival is one of the largest Polish gatherings in the Valley, and includes folk dance and musical performances, an art marketplace, informational booths, a kids’ area with bounce castles, face painters, snow cones, cotton candy, and games.

Folk groups will take the stage throughout the festival wearing brightly embroidered costumes and performing traditional native dances such as the polka, polonaise and mazur. There will also be traditional and contemporary Polish music performed by musicians in between the dance performances and “Can You Polka” contests.

Visitors can buy tickets and stop by one of the many food vendors to get a taste of traditional Polish cuisine. Dishes include stuffed cabbage rolls (golabki), grilled kielbasa sausage with sauerkraut, potato pancakes, Hunters stew, paczki, crepes and pierogis. Vendors will also sell refreshing imported Polish beer.

Guests can visit the marketplace, where vendors will sell handmade jewelry, embroidered crafts, Polish ornaments, textiles and so much more! Admission to the festival and parking are FREE!
