The Covenant | Paradise Valley
The Covenant is a 900 degree kitchen concept utilizing an array of organic, locally-sourced ingredients complementing an extensive wine list and hand-crafted cocktail program.
Our favorite appetizer is Goat Cheese Bruschetta with toasted pistachio, dried Arizona dates, mint, orange blossom, honey, and beet reduction drizzle:
Another great way to start your meal is with one of The Covenant’s specialty salads, like this Feta and Melon salad made with brined melons on arugula with crumbled feta, avocado, jicama, chili dust, and chili lemon vinaigrette (with the option to add protein, like scallops) :
For mains, The Covenant offers a delightful array of surf and turf options. Our favorites are the Cedar Plank Salmon- Atlantic salmon served with fingerling potatoes, roasted vegetables, and maple mustard glaze:
And the fish of the day, which varies with the seasons but is always delicious, like this Pesto-Crusted Corvina with roasted tomatoes served on a polenta cake with carrots and zucchini:
Be sure to save room for dessert! The Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookie is sinfully delicious:
The Covenant is perhaps best known for it’s huge selection of wines from around the world:
The Covenant also offers a happy hour from 3pm-6pm Monday through Friday with $5 draft beers, $6 cocktails, and $7 wines.
The Covenant’s weekend brunch is also outstanding. We can’t get enough of their Avocado Toast made with honey wheat toast, smashed avocado, chia seeds, cherry heirloom tomato, micro salad, and crumbled feta:
