Cowboy Ciao began as a neighborhood join with wine-friendly fare focused on Italian, Mexican, and Southwestern cuisine complemented by an eclectic wine list of 88 selections.

It has since evolved into a “Big City” restaurant featuring a modern American menu with Southwestern accents and global influences and an internationally acclaimed wine list with nearly 2000 selections.

We recommend ordering several of the small plates to share.  Some of our favorites include the Truffled Mac ‘N Cheese:
