Posh Restaurant | Serious Food, Extemporaneous Style
Posh Restaurant is the first and only “Improvisational Cuisine” concept in Arizona – a title in which it still holds.
Chef Joshua Herbert created Posh based on innovative, spontaneous, no-menu cuisine composed of modern and seasonal ingredients avoiding any dislikes of individual palates. The fare is globally inspired cuisine and the concept profoundly simple.
Guests get to choose their own cuisine adventure. When seated, diners receive a list of the evening’s main ingredients in which they have the option of crossing off any items they dislike as well as indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions they may have.
Based upon the items left open and any information provided, Chef Herbert and his culinary staff compose an unforgettable multi-course meal. Guests may also choose to have the sommelier pair their courses with wine for an additional charge.
Chef Hebert feeds on being able to accommodate the maximum amount of variety at each table and expose dining guests to new flavors and a new experience.
Though Posh is a fine dining establishment, there are no white table cloths. Instead, guests are greeted by a sleek, modern design and comfortable atmosphere. The kitchen is exposed for guests to watch and interact with the chefs, and maybe pick up a culinary tip or two.
Posh is located at 7167 E. Rancho Vista Dr. Suite 111 in Scottsdale, AZ and open Tuesday through Saturday 5-9pm.
