Executive Chef Christopher Nicosia creates seasonal menus based on the old-world cooking methods and ingredients of traditional Southern Italian cuisine, incorporating Italian olive oil, cheeses and Prosciutto; hand made pasta and breads, signature desserts made from scratch, and carefully selected meats and seafood.
