Wanderlust 108 combines three mindful activities—running, yoga, and meditation—with a festival atmosphere, in your favorite local park. Like life itself, their triathlon is all about the journey, not the final destination.

It’s a celebration of the mindful movement, a chance to ground down so you can rise to even greater heights. Come together for a fun-filled and challenging day for your mind, body, and spirit!

5K Run (or walk) – Triathlon Part 1

This is a 5K (+/-) your way, so don’t sweat it. Or do. Run or walk, prance or skip, stroll or strut—we don’t mind. Just make it to the finish line.

Yoga – Triathlon Part 2

Hop on your mat for a 90-minute DJ-powered yoga flow class led by top instructors. That’s the Wanderlust way. Whether it’s your first or 500th time on your yoga mat, you’ll find your true rhythm. Warning: dance parties may form!

Meditation – Triathlon Part 3

Bliss out in a 30-minute guided soul reviving meditation to clear your mind, relax your body, and complete the mindful triathlon led by world renowned spiritual leaders.

The day doesn’t stop there! Stop by and chill in the Kula Market that’s packed with funky local crafts and delicious organic foods. Try something new by dropping by a bonus activity or two like aerial yoga, acroyoga, hooping, walking mediation, or a community class.
